Miles for Vets
Transportation for disabled & senior veterans. Miles 4 Vets provides disabled & senior veterans a door-to-door service, with wheel-chair accessible vehicles every Monday & Wednesday, free to the Veteran.
Employment Services
Virginia Employment Commission
Veterans from all periods of military service are eligible for job referral, job training and job placement assistance through the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC).
Virginia Transition Assistance Program
The Virginia Transition Assistance Program (VTAP) offers transitioning service members and their spouses the best Virginia has to offer.
Military Medics and Corpsmen Program
Transition from military heath care careers to civilian. The MMAC team recruits, reviews and refers candidates to healthcare employers statewide.
